Greetings from Aravind Medical Research Foundation

It took several years to sequence the complete human genome at the beginning of the century. It is now possible
to sequence hundreds of human genome just in a single day. With the advent of high throughput genome sequencing,
the field of medicine has been witnessing major revolution in terms of diagnosis and therapeutics. This workshop is planned
to provide the fundamentals of NGS technology and its applications in clinical research. The participant would
be able to design and execute NGS experiments and make meaningful interpretations at the end of the workshop.
