Management and systems development for eye hospital administrators and managers

The one-month course on Management and Systems Development for Eye Hospital Administrators and Managers took place at LAICO. The course aims to equip hospital administrators with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage an eye hospital both in its day-to-day operations and to develop a hospital according to the needs of the community that it serves.Seven participants from Zambia, Cameroon, Nepal, and India attended the course. Dr. Usha Kim, Regional HR Director, Aravind-Madurai, Theni & Dindigul, delivered the keynote address on the inaugural day. Dr. S.R. Krishnadas, Director-Fellowship and Physician Development Programme, Aravind Eye Care System, delivered the valedictory address and distributed certificates to the participants.
