Thulasiraj, Director-Operations, AECS & Executive Director Emeritus, LAICO, and Dhivya Ramasamy, Executive Director, LAICO, attended the meeting of the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB) that brought eye health sector together in Kathmandu, Nepal, to shape action for impact, for 2030 IN SIGHT LIVE in Kathmandu.
