Īkshana – Comprehensive Capsule for Postgraduates (Phase 1)

The fourth batch of Īkshana – Comprehensive Capsule for Postgraduates (Phase 1) was organised by Aravind–Chennai at the ARCORE Training Centre. This five-day programme aimed to equip postgraduates with a strong foundation in both theoretical knowledge and practical surgical skills. A key highlight of the programme was the guest lecture delivered by Dr. V. R. Roopesh Kumar, MS, MCh, Director of Neurosurgery, MGM Healthcare, Chennai, on “Compressive Lesions of Visual Pathways – IIHT.” A total of 40 postgraduate participants attended the programme, representing a wide range of institutions from across India, including Trivandrum, Ranchi, Guntur, Kozhikode, Yadavapura, Bagalkot, Gujarat, Hyderabad, Udaipur, and Puducherry, along with postgraduates from Aravind–Chennai.
