Aliyar, 7-10 January 2026

As part of Aurolab’s commitment to staff well-being, three batches of eligible staff members attend the Yoga Foundation Course at Aliyar. In addition, Aurolab staff participated in the Spiritual Retreat Programme for 2025-2026, organised by the World Community Service Centre founded by Swamiji Vethathiri Maharishi. This five-day residential retreat was designed to help participants experience peace, harmony, and happiness through Simplified Kundalini Yoga, meditation, introspection, and spiritual practices.

The programme featured Yoga and physical exercises, guided meditation and introspection sessions, tools for self-awareness and self-realisation, and a serene environment for spiritual rejuvenation.
