5th Aurolab Counsellor Connect 360

Aurolab hosted its 5th Counsellor Connect 360 training programme for the counsellors of Aravind–Chennai, held at Pleasant Days Resort, Chennai, aimed at strengthening both soft skills and technical knowledge in patient counselling. The programme featured role plays, group discussions, and activity-based learning, keeping the sessions highly interactive and practical.
Counsellors shared positive feedback, highlighting that the programme boosted their confidence in connecting with patients more effectively. They also expressed interest in having such sessions more frequently. The one-day, product-focused session provided a refreshing break from their day-to-day routine. The programme concluded with the distribution of certificates to participants.
