The 24th batch of the Management Priorities in Eye Care Delivery course was successfully conducted for 29 participants from Kenya, India, and Indonesia. Designed specifically for heads of eye hospitals, the programme focused on strategic management, leadership development, and operational excellence.

The faculty comprised senior leaders from AECS, including Dr. R. D. Ravindran, Thulasiraj Ravilla, Dr. N. Venkatesh Prajna, Dr. R. Venkatesh, Dr. S. Aravind, Dr. Haripriya, and Dr. Usha Kim, along with other experienced professionals. Aravind staff members also contributed by sharing their practical experiences across various modules. The course equipped participants with practical tools and insights to improve efficiency, strengthen leadership capabilities, and enhance the overall impact of their eye hospitals.
