Shah attended the 2nd Asia-Pacific Paediatric Retina Association (APPREA) Meeting, held in Kumamoto, Japan, where he delivered two presentations titled “Role of Low-Flow Oxygen Meters to Reduce AROP in LMICs” and “Peripheral Avascular Retina (PAR) After Anti-VEGF in ROP – Experience from India.”

Dr. Gokulvasanth, Resident, represented Aravind-Pondicherry at the Global Ophthalmology Summit, held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he participated as a panellist in the session on “Education, Tele-learning & AI.” He shared insights on how Aravind is actively shaping the future of ophthalmic education and training. It was a significant opportunity for Aravind to contribute to the global dialogue on technology, education, and the future of eye care, while taking Aravind’s innovations and experiences to the global stage.

Dr. Bharanidharan Devarajan, Scientist, delivered a special talk titled “Species-specific corneal miRNA responses in fungal keratitis leading to potential disease markers.”
