Dr. Deepak Kumar, a native of Bihar, did his MBBS from Nalanda Medical College at Patna in 2005 and MS Ophthalmology from Patna Medical College, Patna in 2009.  After that he did two years of fellowship in Cataract, IOL and Anterior segment microsurgery at Aravind Eye Hospital Madurai from 2009 to 2011. Since 2011 he is working as Medical Consultant at Aravind Eye Hospital. His area of interest is in Cataract and Glaucoma. He has given talk at AIOC 2016 in an instruction course in Combined Glaucoma surgery. He is very much interested in training and management area.
