Job Responsibilities:

• Daily operation of the chiller plant with accessories
• Monitoring & registering the plant-related readings frequently
• To attend & solve the air conditioning breakdown calls
• In case of major problems with the above, immediately contact our local air conditioning AMC contractor personnel. In the absence of the mechanic, the supervisor calls the contract personnel.
• To clean the Air conditioning filters periodically as per the schedule
• To attend & solve the refrigeration equipment problems
• To attend & solve the storage water heater problems
• To attend all breakdown calls pertaining to his area and solve them as soon as possible
• Breakdown problem attending of these equipment: Screw chiller, AHU’s, Split & Window A/C, Package A/C, VRF AC, Fire Hydrant, Fire Sprinkler System, and Fire Alarm System.
• Operation of Fire Hydrant, Sprinkler, Fire Alarm System & Ventilation Systems
• To do all the work assigned by the manager from time to time.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma

Skills Required:

• Preventive maintenance planning.
• Good physical fitness and time management
• Responsible, disciplined, and punctual

Experience:

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience

Age Preference: 35 to 45 Years Old
