RD Sriram is instrumental in forming and growing Aurolab, ophthalmic Aravind’s manufacturing unit into a strong self- sustaining not-for-profit social enterprise.  He is associated with Aurolab since its inception. He is an experienced professional in all aspects of identifying opportunities for strategic business expansion. As a founding member of Aurolab, Sriram has been responsible for the company’s high quality delivery excellence – model. He has accomplished a number of significant milestones for Aurolab.

He has served as Production engineer in 1992 and became Manager-Operations of Aurolab. Now he is the Managing Director. He holds his B.E – Electronics and Instrumentation from Annamalai University, Chidambaram.
