CME on Secondary IOL & Wetlab
Aravind-Salem, 22nd February 2026
The very first CME programme in the new building of Aravind-Salem, on Secondary IOL and Wet Lab, commenced with a traditional prayer song, followed by a welcome address by Dr. R. Lokeshwari, Medical Consultant, Cornea & Refractive Surgery, Aravind-Salem. Speakers and moderators shared their expertise on various topics. A key highlight of the CME was an interactive debate on “Decision-Making in Aphakia,” which generated active discussion and engagement among the attendees. The morning session was dedicated to the CME lectures, while the afternoon was allotted for the wet lab session. The CME was attended by 77 participants.
