Glaucoma Conclave 2026: An Update on Non-Surgical Management of Glaucoma

Organised by Aravind-Pondicherry, the Glaucoma Conclave 2026 featured two main sessions: Mighty medications, and Machines and beyond. Topics covered a wide spectrum, from the basics of medical management, newer Anti-Glaucoma Medications (AGMs), and molecular insights to AGM adherence, nanodroppers/implants, and neuroprotection. The programme also explored HFA/OCT monitoring, NTG evaluation, cost and adherence considerations, ALT/SLT/Light Trial updates, and non-drug interventions. Keynote speakers Dr. Sushma Tejwani, Consultant, Narayana Nethralaya Hospital, Bengaluru, and Dr. Murali Ariga, Swamy Eye Clinic, Chennai, along with the guest and internal faculty, shared their expertise and guided the discussions. During the case presentations, Dr. Irene won first prize, while Dr. Nikita and Dr. Keshav secured second and third prizes, respectively.
