Management Support to Eye Hospitals
Aravind Eye Hospitals and LAICO offer management services to socially committed partners working in underserved areas of India and other developing countries, in establishing and running the eye hospitals effectively. Under this initiative, Aravind provides holistic assistance, starting with the design of the facility, recruiting and training the local human resources, helping them adopt proven systems and processes, sharing Aravind developed IT systems like IHMS & EMR, and hand-holding in the initial period by deploying a select team from Aravind during the start-up period.
